Upcoming Events

Here are some festivals and other educational opportunities just around the corner.  One of the best ways to begin learning about Illinois wines is to simply jump in with both feet at one of the great festivals that take place around the state.  There are usually a large number of wineries, grape varieties, and wine styles represented at these events.

These are just the ones on my radar -if you are an industry professional, and would like your event posted, don’t hesitate to make contact.

This is my first time at your site. Do you list all of the wine festivals held in Illinois that involve wineries that use Illinois-grown grapes? If not, is there a site that does?

That is the goal, but I don’t think I’m there just yet. I have indicated to the industry that I will post announcements regarding festivals if they send them to me. For now, you can check out individual wineries’ sites and even regional pages, like the Shawnee Hill Wine Trail. FYI, most wineries in IL use some, if not all, Illinois-grown fruit for their products.
